If we meet the deadline and you hire one of our candidates, the recruitment fee agreed in writing applies. If we miss the deadline but later fill the position, the agreed recruitment fee is reduced by 90%.

16-day guarantee terms
- The 16-day period begins after the terms of business are accepted and a complete written job brief is agreed.
- The recruitment fee must be agreed with the client in writing before the search begins.
- The salary, location, working conditions, experience and essential skills must be agreed before the search begins.
- A suitable candidate means an engineer who meets the agreed essential requirements and has confirmed interest in the position.
- Candidates must accept the stated salary range and working location.
- If the client hires one of our candidates before three candidates are introduced, the guarantee is considered fulfilled.
- The client must provide feedback within two working days.
- Any delay caused by the client pauses the 16-day period.
- Material changes to the vacancy restart the 16-day period.
- Candidates previously known to or introduced to the client are not counted as new introductions.
- The guarantee applies to one agreed permanent engineering vacancy.
- Construct Hire Recruitment receives an exclusive 16-day search period for the vacancy.
- The 90% reduction applies only if Construct Hire Recruitment misses the deadline and subsequently places the successful candidate.
- Full conditions must be accepted in writing before the search begins.
